The Act4Drin project participated at the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF) Mid-term evaluation meeting held in Skopje on the 3rd of February 2015. The meeting, which was organized by the Regional Environment Centre – Country Office (FYROM) brought together CEPF grantees in order to take stock on their project achievements and lessons learned at national level.

Within the one-day meeting the main project implementation related challenges were discussed such as stakeholder participation and other operational issues, co-funding, communication, networking, etc. Furthermore the event offered an opportunity to participants to review the CEPF targets about Civil Society capacity and Conservation Planning Strategies and to collectively provide feedback on whether these have been met and also to give input/suggestions for adapting current strategic directions and/or investment priorities, as well as for changes in priority Key Biodiversity Areas.

The Act4Drin project was represented at the event by Neshad Azemovsky (BIOSFERA, MIO-ECSDE member NGO) and Gregor Subic (Kawka Production), who presented the progress made within the overall Act4Drin project made and the Act4Drin documentary, respectively.
